Corrections to the 1.1 wording before it takes effect
- October 5, 2026: Privacy Policy Sections 2.3, 3.1, 4.1, 4.2, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 7 and 9 — corrected description of the AI Assistant. The previous wording stated that data is anonymised before being sent to the AI provider. That was not accurate. The new wording describes what is sent: your question and the Portal content needed for the answer, including the names of people mentioned in it. We replace e-mail addresses and phone numbers in that content with placeholder text before sending; the replacement may not catch every notation. We also corrected the name of the AI provider (Anthropic Ireland, Limited), the place of processing, the retention period at the provider and the purposes of storing conversations. The correction does not require renewed acceptance of the Terms or the Privacy Policy.
- October 5, 2026: Terms of Use Sections 7.1 and 7.3 — the AI provider is now named in general terms; the contracting entity is stated in the Privacy Policy, Section 4.1. The correction does not change any rights or obligations and does not require renewed acceptance of the Terms.
- October 5, 2026: DPA Articles 2.2, 7.1 and 10.1 (Czech, German and Spanish versions) — corrected numbers of the referenced articles of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The Slovak and English versions are unchanged. The correction does not change the content of the obligations and does not require renewed acceptance of the Terms. In Articles 6.2 and 7.1 (all language versions) the name of the AI provider is corrected to the contracting entity Anthropic Ireland, Limited (Ireland) and the place of processing is stated more precisely; the provider and the scope of processing are unchanged.
- October 1, 2026: DPA Article 6.2 and new Article 6.4 — clarified description of the hosting infrastructure provider and added provision of its identity and safeguards to the organisation’s administrator on request. Privacy Policy Section 4.1 — the same clarification. The changes do not extend the scope of processing and do not require renewed acceptance.
